NOCEBO EFEKTAS IR JO REIKŠMĖ ANESTEZIOLOGIJOJE

چکیده
Šio straipsnio tikslas − apžvelgti mokslinėje literatūroje vis labiau populiarėjančią nocebo efekto temą ir šio reiškinio įtaką anesteziologijai. Šiomis dienomis gauname daugiau įrodymų, jog pacientų gydymo procese svarbi ne tik tikslingai parinkta taktika, bet tinkamas gydytojo paciento bendradarbiavimas, požiūris į gydymą bei nusiteikimas pasveikti. Anesteziologijoje taikomi metodai procedūros nėra išimtis efektui jų veiksmingumas priklauso nuo anksčiau minėtų veiksnių. Mokslinėje užsimenama, netinkamas bendravimas su pacientu gali mažinti analgezijos efektyvumą, didinti diskomfortą ar skausmą, atliekant tam tikras anestezines procedūras, dažninti vaistų šalutinį poveikį. Dėl šių priežasčių tema turėtų būti kiekvienam gydytojui, nes supratus atsiradimo priežastis yra galimybė išvengti bloginančių pasekmių.
